W. Harrison Schroeder

Overview:
Mr. Schroeder graduated in the top 5% of his law school class at the University of
Tennessee. There, he served as an editor on both of the school's legal journals, represented
indigent members of the community in civil and criminal matters through the law school's
pro bono legal clinic, and received the Tennessee Attorney General's Award
for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Following law school, he gained valuable courtroom insight
and experience as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Samuel G. Wilson and through the handling
of automobile warranty litigation while associated with McGuireWoods, LLP. In 2002, Mr. Schroeder
formed the law offices of W. Harrison Schroeder, P.C., in Tappahannock, Virginia, for the general
practice of law. In 2005, Mr. Schroeder relocated his practice to his wife's hometown of
Floyd, Virginia. In 2007, Mr. Schroeder and Mr. Profitt merged their firms to form Profitt & Schroeder,
Attorneys, P.C. Mr. Schroeder's practice includes civil litigation, estate planning and administration,
family law, real estate, business law, and criminal defense.

Represented several major automobile manufacturers in various lawsuits alleging negligence, defective design, breach of warranty,
breach of contract, fraud, and violation of the Virginia Motor Vehicle Warranty Enforcement Act (the "Virginia Lemon Law"), the Federal Magnuson Moss
Warranty Act, and the Virginia Consumer Protection Act. Also assisted with the defense of toxic tort litigation in Mississippi,
New Jersey, and Rhode Island.

Virginia in Roanoke. Assisted with the research and preparation of judicial orders and memorandum opinions in a variety of civil
and criminal matters.
